Využití metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je návrh využití metody Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti zabývající se ortotikou a protetikou a předmětem práce je teoretické definování výkonnosti podniku, měření výkonnosti, následné použití analýz a praktická aplikace v uvedené společnosti. Pro měření výkonnosti podniku je využita nejznámnější a nejpropracovanější metoda Balanced Scorecard měřená ze čtyř perspektiv. V závěru práce jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které se věnují změnám a vylepšením činností v jednotlivých perspektivách při využití metody BSC a poté je vytvořen časový plán BSC v analyzovaném podniku. Využití metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku může pozitivně ovlivnit nejen budoucí strategický vývoj, ale i zlepšit současný způsob hodnocení výkonnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of the Balanced Scorecard method in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose the use of the Balanced Scorecard method in the company dealing with orthotics and prosthetics and the subject of the thesis is the theoretical definition of company performance, performance measurement, the subsequent use of analyzes and practical application in the company. The best-known and most sophisticated Balanced Scorecard, measured from four perspectives, is used to measure business performance. At the end of the thesis are formulated suggestions and recommendations that deal with changes and improvement of activities in individual perspectives using the BSC method and then create a BSC timetable in the analyzed enterprise. Using the Balanced Scorecard method in a selected business can positively affect not only future strategic development but also improve the current performance rating.
