Zavedení výrobních kalkulací v novém informačním systému ve společnosti Shape Steel, a.s.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku kalkulací ve společnosti Shape Steel a.s. s ohledem na zaměření společnosti, jenž je zakázková výroba tvarových výpalků. Cílem práce je vytvoření nové metody pro výpočet kalkulací a následná implementace kalkulací do nového informačního systému společnosti. Je potřeba vzít v potaz charakter společnosti, zakázkovou výrobu, individuální přístup a všechny procesy v podniku od výroby až po expedici. Výstupem této práce bude nový kalkulační vzorec, který pomůže obchodníkům objektivně oceňovat poptávky zákazníků a tím dojde k zefektivnění celého procesu objednávek. Tento vzorec bude následně implementován do nového informačního systému společnosti, což umožní do budoucna lépe analyzovat a optimalizovat kalkulace, a to povede k rozvoji a růstu společnosti Shape Steel a.s.

Abstract. This thesis deals with the issue of calculations in the company Shape Steel a.s. with regard to the company's focus, which is custom manufacturing of steel cut shapes. The aim is to create a new method for calculating calculations and consequent implementation of calculations into a new information system. It is necessary to take into account the character of the company, custom manufacturing, individual approach and all business processes from production to delivery. The outcome of this work will be a new calculation formula that helps traders to objectively value customer demands and that will streamline the entire process of orders. This formula will be subsequently implemented into a new information system, which will allow in the future better analysis and optimization of calculations and it will lead to the development and growth of the company Shape Steel a.s.
