Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zdokonalením ekologického řešení bezdýmného obsazování koksovacích komor. Je v ní popsána technologie výroby vysokopecního koksu v pěchovaném provoze, včetně popisu nově použitého typu stropního převáděcího vozu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty principy měření průtoku kapalin a tlaku spolu se základním popisem frekvenčního měniče. Praktická část se zabývá způsobem spouštění hydroinjektáže, nastavením jejího nového regulátoru tlaku a novým systémem řízení regulace tlaku hydroinjektáže v závislosti na poloze sázecí tyče výtlačného a pěchovacího stroje.

This diploma thesis deals with the improvement of the ecological solution for smokeless the coke ovens charging. It described the production of blast-furnace coke technology in the stamp charging system, including a description of the new type of roof car. The theoretical part summarize the principles of measuring the flow and pressure of liquids, along with a basic description of the frequency converter. The practical part is focused on system of running hydroinjection, by setting its new pressure regulator and the new system of management of hydroinjection pressure regulation which is depended on the position of the charging bars the charging machine.
