Abstract

Dagmar Kutá. Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování objemové studie bydlení pro seniory v obci Závada. Práce je zhotovená ve dvou variantách s detailním dopracováním jedné z nich. Varianty se liší především konstrukčním a dispozičním řešením. Součástí objemové studie je návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury a ekonomické zhodnocení stavby. Návrh respektuje zásady bezbariérového užívání staveb vnějších a vnitřních prostor osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace.

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of volume studies of housing for seniors in the village of Závada. The work is done in two variants with a detailed completion of one of them. Variants differ primarily in design and layout. Part of the volume studies is the design of the technical and transport infrastructure and the economic evaluation of the construction. The proposal respects the principles of barrier-free use of the buildings of the outer and inner areas of persons with reduced mobility.
