Analýza mechanismu pračky z hlediska kmitání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kmitání průmyslové pračky. V úvodu je krátce popsána daná problematika a historie praní, společně s představením hlavních výrobců průmyslových praček. Dále se práce zabývá problematikou kmitání a analytickým výpočtem modální analýzy zjednodušeného rovinného modelu pračky. Následně je popsán samotný model pračky a jeho převedení na výpočtový model pomocí metody konečných prvků. Hlavní částí práce je modální analýza, která zjistí vlastní frekvence a vlastní tvary pračky, a harmonická analýza, která zahrne budicí odstředivou sílu. Výsledky určí, zdali při ždímání pračka nedosáhne rezonance a jsou-li zjištěné vibrace bezpečné pro chod pračky.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of vibrations of the industrial washing machine. The introduction shortly describes the topic and history of washing, together with introducing major producers of industrial washing machines. Then, the thesis deals with vibrations and analytical calculation of the modal analysis of the simplified plane model of the washing machine. Afterwards, the model of the washing machine and its transfer into calculating model by finite element method is described. Main part of the thesis is modal analysis, which finds out eigenfrequencies and eigenvectors of the washing machine and harmonic analysis, which includes excitation centrifugal force. The results determine, if the washing machine does not resonate during spin-drying and if the vibrations are safe for operation of the washing machine.
