Goal of this master thesis is to design a solution of preventive maintenance of the annealing furnace. In theoretical part, my focus is dedicated to explaining what maintenance is and its development through history, to the modern methods. Next topic is explanation of the annealing process and introducing the annealing furnace. Practical part starts with analysis of furnace current technical condition followed by design of preventive maintenance itself. I will describe all steps I have made during the design in detail. The result of this master thesis is complex preventive maintenance plan of annealing furnace.
