Studie použitelnosti robotického svařování

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using robotic welding. More specifically, it is the replacement of manual and semi-automatic welding of selected weldments by industrial robot welding. The introductory part of the thesis describes the components produced by welding technologies and the assessment of their suitability for robotic welding. In other parts, the design of the robotized workplace and the technological processes of the production of the current and robotized welding of weldments are solved. At the end of the thesis, the efficiency of the robotized workplace and the economic return on investment are evaluated.
