Bezpečnost při čištění uhelných zásobníků v OKR

Abstract

V této práci bych chtěl přiblížit, definovat a hlavně vytvořit hlavní zásady a postupy, které jsou významné při práci ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou v báňské záchranné službě při čištění zásobníku v OKR a jež jsou mnohdy odlišné od běžných standardů a nesou sebou různá specifika. Úvod práce představuje krátký exkurz do historie lezectví a vzniku lezeckého oddílu na hlavní báňské záchranné stanici. Následuje přehled zásobníků a celková jejich specifikace. Pokračuji přehledem legislativy týkající se lezeckého oddílu na Hlavní báňské záchranné stanici Ostrava. Následuje určité seznámení s technickými prostředky využívané právě při práci spojené s čištěním zásobníků HBZS Ostrava a. s. a možnosti jejich použití. Dále popisuji zásady zdolávání různých situací, jenž mohou nastat nebo jenž hrozí při provádění pravidelné činnosti v zásobníku. V práci dále navrhuji zdokonalení činnosti pracovníků v zásobníku z ohledem na možné nebezpečné situace, které mohou nastat. Poslední kapitola je věnována závěru a shrnutí celé diplomové práce.

In this work, I would like to approach, define and, above all, create guiding principles procedures that are important when working at heights and above the free depth in the mining rescue service while cleaning the OKR stack and which are often different from standard standards and bring different specifics. The introduction of the work represents a short excursion into the history of climbing and the formation of a climbing section on the main mining rescue station. Follow the inventory overview and their overall specification. Continue to review the legislation on the climbing division at the Main Mining Rescue Station in Ostrava. Following are some familiarization with the technical means used during the work connected with the cleaning of the HBZS Ostrava a.s.. Reservoirs and the possibilities of their use. I also describe the principles of dealing with different situations that may occur or if they are in danger of carrying out regular activity in the magazine. In my work, I suggest improving the activities of staff in the tank in view of the possible dangerous situations that may arise. The last chapter is devoted to the conclusion and summary of the whole diploma thesis.
