Zkvalitnění systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve zvolené společnosti. Na začátku je vymezena metodika práce. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k problematice hodnocení zaměstnanců. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále využity v praktické a analytické části. Obsahem praktické části je popis podniku a vypracovaná analýza hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti, která je založena na dotazníkovém šetření. Výsledkem celé práce jsou návrhy a doporučení pro podnik vycházející z předchozí analýzy.

The diploma thesis is aimed at improving the system of evaluation of the employees of the selected company. At the beginning, the methodology of thesis is defined. In the first part of this thesis are described the theoretical basis, which concern the evaluation of employees. These theoretical findings are further used in the practical and analytical part. The practical part contains a company description and an analysis of employee evaluation in the company, based on a questionnaire survey. The results of the whole work are the suggestions and recommendations for the company based on the previous analysis.
