Analýza a návrh systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v organizaci. Z analýzy výchozích zdrojů zjišťuje, jaké benefity je možné nabízet a jaké benefity jsou nabízeny v konkrétním podniku. Doporučením pro podnik a zjištěnými informacemi se zabývá druhá část této práce. V závěru práce je uveden návrh směrnice zaměstnaneckých benefitů.

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis and proposal system of employee benefits. The analysis of the initial sources figures out what benefits you can offer and what benefits are offered in a particular company. Recommendations for the company, including detected information, can be seen in the second part of the study. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal for a corporate directive on employee benefits.
