Využití finanční analýzy při hodnocení vybraných statutárních měst v České republice

Abstract

Cílem práce je posouzení finančního hospodaření statutárního města Karviná a následná komparace s jiným vhodným ekonomickým subjektem. Srovnávacím městem je statutární město Frýdek-Místek. Finanční analýza slouží jako nástroj posouzení finančního hospodaření. V práci byly použity metody jako horizontální analýza, vertikální analýza, poměrové ukazatele, pyramidový rozklad a také syntetický model KAMF. Práce se skládá především z teoreticko-metodické a prakticko-aplikačních částí. Z dosažených výsledků bylo vyhodnoceno, že finanční hospodaření města Karviná je na velmi dobré úrovni a ve většině oblastí dosahuje lepších výsledků, než bylo zjištěno ve městě Frýdek-Místek.

The main objective of the thesis is assessment of the financial management of the statuory city Karvina and following comparation with the other suitable ekonomic subject. Comparative city is statuory city Frydek-Mistek. Financial analysis serves as a tool for the assessment of the financial management. Used methods in the thesis were horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, ratio indicators, pyramidal decomposition and synthetic model KAMF. Thesis largely consist of theoretical-methodological and pracital-application parts. The results showed that the assessment of the financial management of Karvina is on very good level and in the most sections achieves better results than Frydek-Mistek.
