The first part is theoretical and focuses on the general description of the bakery building and legal regulations. The second part is analytical and concentrates on the identification and analysis of security risks through the selected methods. The final part focuses on the creation of an innovative proposal leading to the minimalization of the security risks of the object. The aim of this bachelor thesis is thus to propose a motion of security measures in order to reinforce the existing complex security system of the bakery building.
