Analýza vlivu emigrace na ekonomiky zemí Visegrádské skupiny

Abstract

V oblasti výzkumu na poli migrační problematiky v souvislosti s ekonomickými aspekty bývá častějším předmětem zkoumání imigrace a její dopady. Důvodem této skutečnosti může být lepší dohledatelnost informací, a to jak v kvalitativním, tak kvantitativním měřítku. Je totiž jednodušší nashromáždit údaje o migrantech přicházejících do země, než u odcházejících (evidence emigrantů je mnohem problematičtější). Další příčinou může být i fakt, že je projevován zájem o výzkumy v této oblasti spíše ze strany cílových zemí (nejčastěji vyspělejší ekonomiky). Zjištěné mezery ve zmíněném segmentu byly motivací k analýze možného vlivu emigrace na ekonomiku zdrojových zemí. Je nutno podotknout, že je téměř nemožné sestavit obecný teoretický základ, který by byl platný u všech zemí. Důležitým bodem je uvědomit si specifické rysy jednotlivých ekonomik a jejich institucionálního prostředí, jelikož u různých zemí jsou zaznamenány odlišné migrační tendence a logicky i jiné efekty. Z tohoto důvodu bývají prováděny výzkumy v rovině konkrétních zemí. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu emigrace na ekonomiky zdrojových zemí Visegrádské skupiny. Jsou zde shrnuty východiska jak pro celkovou V4, tak pro každou členskou zemi zvlášť.

In the case of research in the section of migration issues in connection with economic aspects, immigration and its effects are more often examined. The reason for this may be better traceability of information, both qualitatively and quantitatively. It is easier to collect data on migrants coming to the country than for those leaving (registration of emigrants is much more problematic). Another reason may be the fact that there is more interest in research in this area on the part of target countries (most often more advanced economies). The identified gaps in the mentioned segment were the motivation for the analysis of the possible impact of emigration on the economies of the source countries. It should be noted that it is almost impossible to establish a general theoretical basis that would be valid for all countries. An important point is to be aware of the specific features of individual economies and their institutional environment, as different migration trends and, logically, other effects are recorded in different countries. For this reason, research is usually carried out at the level of specific countries. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the impact of emigration on the economies of the source countries of the Visegrad Group. It summarizes the results for both the overall V4 and for each member country separately.
