Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout konkrétní formu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard pro vybraný automotive podnik. Kromě úvodu a závěru práce obsahuje 4 stěžejní kapitoly. Nejprve byla uvedena teoreticko-metodologická část, ve které byly uvedeny zejména principy BSC, charakteristiky jednotlivých perspektiv aj. V další kapitole byl popsán vybraný podnik. Poté byla uvedena kapitola obsahující konkrétní návrh implementace metody BSC. Před závěrem byla uvedena kapitola obsahující vyplývající návrhy a doporučení pro vybraný podnik.

The aim of the thesis was to propose a specific form of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method for a selected automotive company. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis contains four main chapters. Firstly, the theoretical-methodological part was introduced, in which the principles of BSC, characteristics of individual perspectives, etc. were introduced. Then a chapter containing a specific proposal for the implementation of the BSC method was introduced. Before the conclusion, there was a chapter containing the resulting proposals and recommendations for the selected company.
