Návrh systému pro optimalizační úlohy stříhání válcovaných profilů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem systému pro optimalizační úlohy stříhání válcovaných profilů na Středojemné válcovně v areálu Liberty Ostrava a.s.

Obsahem této práce je analýza současného řešení stříhaní profilových tyčí a poté vytvoření vizualizace a programu pro PLC, které bude řídit nůžky. K programování PLC je použita aplikace TIA Portal a vizualizace je vytvořena ve Visual Studiu v jazyce C#. Vizualizace komunikuje s PLC pomocí knihovny Sharp7. V době, kdy byla tato práce tvořena, nebylo možné aplikovat, a rovněž i testovat řešení, a proto je testování a ladění provedeno pouze v demonstračním režimu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a system for optimization tasks of rolling billets in the medium and fine section mill in Liberty Ostrava a.s.

The content of this work is an analysis of the current solution of the rolling billets cutting and creation of the visualization and PLC program for cutting control. TIA Portal application is used for programming the PLC and the visualization is created in Visual Studio in C# language. The visualization communicates with the PLC using the Sharp7 library. At the time this work was created, it was not possible to apply and test the solution, and therefore testing and debugging is performed only in demonstration mode.
