Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentary for building execution of Office building New Karolina – the building intended for renting office space and a café in the center of Ostrava, according to Decree 499/2009 Coll. on building documentation. The basis for processing the documentation of the construction was an architectural study elaborated in the subject Studio Art V., which was based on the urban study in the subject Studio Art III. Both led by Ing. Igor Krčmář. The building is 15 storeys. Fifteen floors and one underground floor. The floors between the second and fifteenth floors are repeated. The building is designed for office use supplemented by a cafe.
