KOLONIE BEDŘIŠKA - rozvoj malého souboru osídlení uvnitř městské struktury

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá urbanistickým řešením a návrhem objektu pro bydlení a obecního domu na území osady Bedřiška. Cílem urbanistického návrhu je zachovat charakter osady Bedřiška a přinést novou vrstvu obyvatel k obyvatelstvu stávajícímu. Pro zajištění udržitelnosti a začlenění do města je území zahuštěno, je zde navržena občanská vybavenost a nová napojení do okolí. Návrh bytového domu vychází z potřeby zachování kvalit individuálního bydlení a splnění požadavků na různé typy bytů pro různé typy rodin z důvodu zajištění pestré komunity v lokalitě. Z potřeby vybudovat prostor pro setkávání místní osadní rady vyvstal návrh obecního domu, který rovněž plní další komunitní funkce a svou formou vytváří navigační bod osady Bedřiška.

The diploma thesis deals with the urban design and design of a residential building and a municipal house in the Bedřiška colony. The aim of the urban design is to preserve the character of the settlement Bedřiška and to bring a new layer of population to the existing one. To ensure sustainability and integration into the city, the area is thickened, civic amenities and new connections to the surroundings are proposed. The design of an apartment building is based on the need to maintain the qualities of individual living and meet the requirements for different types of apartments for different types of families in order to ensure a diverse community in the locality. The need to build a meeting space for the local council resulted in the design of a municipal house, which also fulfills other community functions and in its form creates a navigation point of the Bedřiška settlement.
