Návrh vícepolohových pneumatických válců

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vícepolohového pneumatického válce. V úvodní části je popsán obecný postup při návrhu a dimenzování pneumatických válců. Následně jsou probrány možnosti zastavování válců ve více pevných polohách, případně mezipolohách. Hlavní část se pak zabývá celkovým postupem při návrhu vícepolohového válce, včetně vytváření parametrických modelů a výkresů. Závěrečná kapitola je pak věnována samotnému testování vyrobeného válce.

The diploma thesis deals with the multi-position pneumatic cylinder design. In the introductory part the general procedure of designing and dimensioning the pneumatic cylinders is described. Afterwards the options of stopping the cylinders in multiple fixed positions or intermediate positions are discussed. The main part of the diploma thesis deals with the total procedure of designing the multiple-position cylinder, inclusive of the creation of the parametric models and drawings. The final chapter is dedicated to the testing of the cylinder created.
