Úprava pevného zásobníku na zásobník s automatickým podáváním materiálu pomocí elektopohonu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou stávajícího pevného zásobníku na trubky a tyče na zásobník s automatickým dávkováním materiálu do ohýbačky pomocí elektropohonu. Dále návrhem mazacího zařízení, které zaručí namazání polotovaru před vstupem do ohýbačky. Cílem této práce je návrh vhodného způsobu a pohonu dávkování materiálu. Volba způsobu mazání. Návrh mazacího zařízení. Způsob upevnění dávkovací konstrukce a mazacího zařízení. Celá konstrukce je zpracovaná ve formě 3D modelu.

The master thesis deals with the adjustment of current solid bar feeder onto automatic bar feeder with electric motor drive. Construction design of the lubrication device which lubricates material before entering the bar bender. The aim of the thesis is design suitable way of feeding and electric motor drive for material feeding. A way how to change solid bar feeder and adjustments attachment. Choose correct lubrication method. Design of the lubrication device and appropriate fixing onto bar feeder. The entire construction is created as 3D model.
