Diplomová práca sa zameriava na geodetické práce pred, počas a po výstavbe výškového objektu Nivy Tower v Bratislave. Predmetom záujmu bolo poukázať na rozmanitosť geodetických prác pri realizácií stavebného diela od projektovej prípravy až po kolaudáciu stavebného diela Nivy Tower. Práca je rozdelená do siedmich hlavných častí. V prvých piatich častiach sa zaoberá teoretickým pojednaním o geodetických prácach v investičnej výstavbe, od prípravných prác pre projekt, až po vyhotovenie geometrického plánu ku kolaudácií stavby. Ďalšia šiesta a siedma časť je venovaná praktickej realizácií stavby a rozdelená do celkov podľa druhu vykonanej práce ako vyhotovenie podkladov pre projekt, realizácia vytyčovacej siete stavby, vytýčenie stavby, meranie a vyhotovenie dokumentácie skutočného stavu stavby. V poslednej časti je zameranie a vyhodnotenie geometrického plánu ku kolaudácií stavby.

This diploma thesis focuses on geodetic works realized before, during and after the construction of the Nivy Tower, a high-rise building in Bratislava. The subject of interest was to point out the diversity of geodetic works after implementation of the construction work from project preparation to the approval of the Nivy Tower construction work. This document is divided into seven main sections. The first five sections deal with a theoretical discussion of geodetic works in capital construction, from the preparatory work for the project, to the preparation of a geometric plan for building approval. The next sixth and seventh section is devoted to the practical implementation of the construction and divided into units according to the type of work performed as the preparation of documents for the project, implementation of the construction demarcation network, construction demarcation, measurement and documentation of the actual state of the construction. The last section consist of focus and evaluation of the geometric plan for building approval.
