Podnikatelský záměr pro založení restauračního zařízení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající podnik a následné zhodnocení ekonomického hlediska celého záměru. První část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých základních pojmů pojících se s podnikáním a na následný popis tvorby podnikatelského plánu, jeho struktury, obsahu a použitých metod. Ve druhé část práce je na základě těchto teoretických poznatků zpracován samotný podnikatelský plán pro konkrétní podnik v oblasti služeb.

The goal of the submitted thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for a newly established company and the possibility of evaluating the economic point of view of a possible plan. The first part is focused on the description of individual basic concepts named with business and on the subsequent description of the creation of a business plan, its structure, content and methods. In the second part of the thesis, based on these theoretical knowledge, the business plan for a specific company in the field of services is elaborated.
