Zhodnocení finančního zdraví stavební společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané stavební firmy. Použitím základních metod finanční analýzy jsou zhodnoceny hlavní účetní výkazy podniku. Vytyčeny jsou jak silné tak slabé stránky podniku s čímž i související návrhy pro zlepšení problémových oblastí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a aplikační. Součástí teorie je vysvětlení problematiky finanční analýzy a jejích hlavních metod sestavování. Tyto metody jsou poté využity v části aplikační a to horizontální a vertikální analýza, poměrová analýza a její základní ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti. Následuje výpočet pyramidového rozkladu ukazatelů a vybrané dva druhy bankrotních modelů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a navrhnuta případná doporučení.

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating of the financial health of a selected civil engineering company. Using the basic methods of financial analysis, the main financial statements of the company are evaluated. Both the strengths and weaknesses of the company are outlined, with related suggestions for improving problem areas. Thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. Part of the theory is an explanation of the issues of financial analysis and its main methods of compilation. These methods are then used in the application part, namely horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and its basic indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness. The following is a calculation of the pyramid decomposition of indicators and selected two types of bankruptcy models. In the end, the results are summarized and possible recommendations are suggested.
