Analýza a navržení nástrojů pro plánování potřeby materiálu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu procesu plánování materiálových potřeb v podniku. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracovat informační základnu z doporučené literatury, která byla použita v praktické části. Cílem praktické části bylo analyzovat proces plánování materiálu, doplněný o rozbor podílu na průměrné měsíční spotřebě a podílu na celkové zásobě skupiny materiálů z drahých kovů, s využitím Paretovy analýzy. Téma bylo dále rozšířeno o návrh plánovacích tabulek v MS Excel a doporučení ke zefektivnění plánovacího procesu. Díky Paretově analýze došlo k rozdělení materiálů do skupin podle důležitosti. Návrh plánovacích tabulek v MS Excel a vytvoření schématu činností disponentů v systémech SAP a Excel při objednávání materiálu, je přínosem pro nové i stávající zaměstnance podniku.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the material needs planning process in company. The aim of the theoretical part was to develop an information base from the recommended literature, which was used in the practical part. The aim of the practical part was to analyse the material planning process, supplemented by an analysis of the share of average monthly consumption and the share of the total inventory of a group of materials made of precious metals, using Pareto analysis. The topic was further expanded by the design of planning tables in MS Excel and recommendations for streamlining the planning process. Thanks to Pareto analysis, the materials were divided into groups according to importance. The design of planning tables in MS Excel and the creation of a scheme of activities of material planning managers in SAP and Excel systems when ordering material, is a benefit for either new or current employees of the company.
