Implementace procesu managementu rizik do praktických podmínek výrobního podniku.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o tématu, který byl řešen v podniku zaměřeném na automobilový průmysl. Zvolené téma práce je “Nastavení procesu managementu rizik v praktických podmínkách výrobního podniku“. Tato práce je soustředěna na identifikaci a analýzu požadavků relevantních standardů pro systémy managementu kvality s ohledem na management rizik, a to vůči aktuálnímu přístupu k managementu rizik v uvedené organizaci. Cílem této práce je praktický návrh managementu rizik a jeho pilotní ověření v praktických podmínkách výrobní společnosti. Závěrem této práce je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků pilotního ověření a návrh opatření ke zlepšení managementu rizik v organizaci.

This thesis deals with a topic that was solved in a company focused on the automotive industry. The chosen topic of the thesis is "Setting the risk management process in the practical conditions of a manufacturing company". This work is focused on the identification and analysis of the requirements of relevant standards for quality management systems with respect to risk management, in relation to the current approach to risk management in the organization. The aim of this thesis is a practical proposal of risk management and its pilot verification in the practical conditions of a manufacturing company. The conclusion of this thesis is an evaluation of the results of the pilot verification and a proposal of actions to improve risk management in the organization.
