Návrh a výpočet upevňovacího přípravku pro testování sedadel kolejových vozidel

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zkušebního přípravku pro testovaní sedadel kolejových vozidel. Úvodem je proveden rozbor dané problematiky a stávajícího řešení upevňovacího přípravku. Diplomová práce předkládá konstrukční návrh řešení, které splňuje všechna očekávání a požadavky kladené na vlastnosti zařízení. Součástí této práce je výpočtové ověření konstrukce upínacího přípravku metodou konečných prvků. Je realizováno ověření na statické zatěžování předepsanými silovými účinky a také ověření dynamické tuhosti pro případné dynamické testování sedadel. Součástí práce je i kompletní výkresová dokumentace konstrukce.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a test fixture for testing rail vehicle seats. In the beginning, an analysis of the issue and the current solution of the fastening device is performed. The diploma thesis presents a design proposal for a solution that meets all expectations and requirements for the properties of the fastening device. Part of this work is the computational verification of the construction of the proposed fastening device which is done using FEM. Verification of static loading with prescribed force effects and also verification of dynamic stiffness for possible dynamic testing of seats is performed. Part of the thesis is also a complete drawing documentation of the proposed device.
