Analýza vlivu deformační cesty na efektivitu protlačování pásu plechu metodou DRECE

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu deformační cesty na efektivitu protlačování pásu plechu metodou DRECE. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši současných trendů v deformačním zpevnění využitím vícenásobné plastické deformace. Práce je zaměřena na rozdělení metod SPD podle plynulosti procesu. Pozornost jsem především věnoval metodě ECAP, ARB a DRECE. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na realizaci protlačování metodou DRECE, dále je zde zkoumán vliv deformační cesty na výsledné mechanické vlastnosti a strukturu. Výsledky z experimentu jsou následně rozebrány v závěrečné části práce.

Master thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of the deformation route on the efficiency of sheet metal strip extrusion by DRECE method. The theoretical part of the work contains a search of current trends in strain hardening using multiple plastic deformation. Master thesis is focused on the division of SPD methods according to the flow of the process. I paid particular attention to the ECAP, ARB and DRECE method. The practical part of the work is focused on the implementation of extrusion by DRECE method, I also examine the influence of the deformation path on the resulting mechanical properties and structure. The results of the experiment are further discussed in the final part of the work.
