Porovnání účinnosti odstředivky a kalolisu na ČOV Třinec

Abstract

Téma mé diplomové práce se zabývá srovnáním účinnosti kalolisu a dekantační odstředivky pro odvodnění kalu na čistírně odpadních vod Třinec. V úvodní teoretické části je popsán princip čistírny odpadních vod a její kalové hospodářství. Dále je zde uvedeno srovnání jednotlivých typů odstředivek, lisů a technologií pro odvodnění kalu. V praktické části je uvedeno schéma čistírny odpadních vod Třinec. Popis rekonstrukce provedené na čistírně odpadních vod Třinec, kde byla provedena výměna pásového lisu za dekantační odstředivku. Následně jsou zde popsány výhody a nevýhody této rekonstrukce s doložením laboratorního vyhodnocení jednotlivých odběrů na vstupu a výstupu, při prováděném odvodnění kalu. Z odebraných vzorků bylo stanoveno množství sušiny a provedeno následné vyhodnocení efektivity odvodňování kalu po rekonstrukci odvodňovací stanice čistírny odpadních vod Třinec.

The topic of my diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the efficiency of the sludge press and the decanting centrifuge for sludge dewatering at the Třinec wastewater treatment plant. The introductory theoretical part describes the principle of a wastewater treatment plant and its sludge management. Furthermore, there is a comparison of individual types of centrifuges, presses and technologies for sludge dewatering. The practical part presents the scheme of the wastewater treatment plant Třinec. Description of the reconstruction carried outat the Třinec wastewater treatment plant, where the belt press was replaced by a decanting centrifuge. Subsequently, the advantages and disadvantages of this reconstruction are described here, with evidence of laboratory evaluation of individual samples at the inlet and outlet, during the sludge dewatering. The amount of dry matter was determined from the samples taken and the subsequent evaluation of the sludge dewatering efficiency after the reconstruction of the drainage station of the Třinec wastewater treatment plant was performed.
