Specifikace managementu jezdeckého sportu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifikace managementu jezdeckého sportu. Cílem Bakalářské práce bylo rozklíčovat příjmy a výdaje na sezónu jednoho koně a popsat možnosti financování. Pro účely práce byly užity metody v podobě SWOT analýzy a Porterova modelu 5sil. Zatímco teoretická část definuje pojmy s jezdectvím spojené, praktická část popisuje management konkrétní jezdecké dvojice. Závěrem práce je shrnutí klíčových informací praktické části včetně doporučení směřujících k zvýšení efektivity.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the specifications of equestrian sport management. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to decipher the income and expenses for the season of one horse and to describe the possibilities of financing. For the purposes of the work, methods in the form of SWOT analysis and Porter's 5sil model were used. While the theoretical part defines the concepts associated with riding, the practical part describes the management of a particular riding pair. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the key information of the practical part, including recommendations aimed at increasing efficiency.
