Činnost a hospodaření vybraných základních škol zřízených statutárním městem Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných základních škol ve statutárním městě Frýdek-Místek. Pro zhodnocení byly vybrány tři základní školy, které se nacházejí uprostřed největších městských sídlišť statutárního města Frýdek-Místek. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy vybraných ukazatelů týkajících se činnosti a hospodaření vybraných škol porovnat činnost s hospodařením těchto škol v letech 2017-2021. Bakalářská práce byla strukturována do 5 kapitol. K dosažení cíle práce je použita metoda popisu a explanace v teoretické části a v praktické části jsou aplikovány zejména metody horizontální a vertikální analýzy, kde je sledován vývoj vybraných údajů z finančních výkazů hodnocených škol v čase a je proveden rozbor těchto výkazů, je aplikována metoda komparace a také metoda syntézy. Byly formulovány tři výzkumné otázky: Jaký je výsledek hospodaření vybraných škol?, Jak vysoké jsou celkové náklady?, Jaký je podíl mzdových nákladů na celkové náklady? Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že všechny tři základní školy zaznamenaly během celého sledovaného období nulový výsledek hospodaření, že celkové náklady se u všech škol každoročně zvyšovaly a že podíl mzdových nákladů na celkových nákladech představoval zhruba v průměru 54 %. Na cíl práce navázala i výzkumná hypotéza a z daných poznatků se potvrdilo, že činnost a hospodaření vybraných základních škol ve sledovaných letech je hospodárné a dostatečné vzhledem k potřebám škol a také náklady a výnosy základních škol jsou srovnatelné.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial management of selected primary schools in the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek. Three primary schools were selected for evaluation, these schools are located in the middle of the largest urban housing estates in the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek. The aim of the thesis is based on the analysis of selected indicators related to the activities and financial management of selected schools to compare the activities with the financial management of these schools in the years 2017-2021. The bachelor thesis was structured into 5 chapters. To achieve the goal, the method of description and explanation is used in the theoretical part of the thesis and in the practical part are applied mainly methods of horizontal and vertical analysis, where the development of selected data from financial statements of evaluated schools over time and analysis of the structure of these statements is performed, the method of comparison and synthesis are applied. Three research questions were formulated: What is the result of selected schools ?, How high are the total costs ?, What is the share of wage costs in the total costs? The research showed that all three primary schools recorded a zero profit during the entire period under review, that total costs increased every year for all schools and that the share of wage costs in total costs was about 54% on average. The aim of the thesis was followed by a research hypothesis and the findings confirmed that the activities and management of selected primary schools in the years are economical and sufficient with respect to the needs of schools and the costs and revenues of primary schools are comparable.
