Měření spokojenosti vysokoškolských studentů vietnamské národnosti v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením spokojenosti vysokoškolských studentů vietnamské národnosti v České republice. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak moc jsou vietnamští studenti spokojeni se svým studiem, fází před a po studiu. Dále byly zjišťovány konkrétní nedostatky během celého procesu. V této práci jsou zkoumány názory a postoje respondentů k danému tématu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Následně byla data zpracována pomocí programu IBM SPSS Statistics. Pro účely výzkumu, konkrétně analýzu dat, byly použity tyto metody a testy: dvouvýběrový parametrický Poolův t-test, Welchův t-test a Fisherův exaktní test doplněný o metodu Monte Carlo. Mezi nedostatky patřily proces nostrifikace, složitá administrace či vysoké finanční poplatky. Dále bylo zjištěno, že neexistuje závislost mezi spokojeností respondentů a jejich pohlavím či vysokou školou, kde studovali. Také bylo potvrzeno, že závislost mezi pohlavím a volbou České republiky jako jejich první volba při výběru země pro studium neexistuje. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že drtivá většina dotazovaných je se svým studiem v České republice spokojena.

The bachelor thesis deals with measuring the satisfaction of Vietnamese university students in the Czech Republic. The research goal was to find out, how satisfied Vietnamese students are with their studies, pre-study and post-study phase. Furthermore, specific shortcomings were identified throughout the process. In this work, the opinions and attitudes of respondents to the topic are examined using a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, the data were analyzed via IBM SPSS Statistics program. For research purposes, specifically data analysis, the following methods and tests were used: two-sample parametric Pool’s t-test, Welch’s t-test and Fisher’s exact test supplemented by the Monte Carlo method. Shortcoming included nostrification process, complex administration and high financial fees. It was also found that there is no relationship between the satisfaction of respondents and their gender or the university where they studied. It was also confirmed that the dependence does not exist between gender and the choice of the Czech Republic as their first choice when choosing a country to study. The research shows that the vast majority of respondents are satisfied with their studies in the Czech Republic.
