Hodnotenie konkurencieschopnosti vybranej spoločnosti pôsobiacej v sektore služieb

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je posúdiť konkurencieschopnosť podniku AUTOMAX PLUS s. r. o. poskytujúceho služby, ktoré súvisia s predajom a servisom automobilov. Práca bude analyzovať a posudzovať súčasný stav podniku a následne ho bude porovnávať s najväčším konkurentom a odvetvím. Ide o podnik vykonávajúci podnikateľskú činnosť v Slovenskej republike. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť a skladá sa zo šiestich kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa bude zaoberať vymedzením základných pojmov, ako podnikanie, podnikateľ, podnik, jeho okolie a následne otázkou konkurencieschopnosti podniku. Ďalšie podkapitoly budú popisovať modely slúžiace ku zhodnoteniu konkurencieschopnosti, ako je PESTLE analýza, Porterova analýza piatich konkurenčných síl, finančná analýza, SWOT analýza, VRIO analýza, metóda Harryho Pollaka a Spider analýza. V tretej kapitole práce je charakterizovaný vybraný podnik, jeho podnikateľská činnosť, ciele a história. Štvrtá kapitola obsahuje analýzu vybraných metód zhodnotenia konkurencieschopnosti, ktoré boli definované v teoretickej časti. V piatej kapitole práce sú vyjadrené výsledky analýz, pomocou ktorých autorka vytvorila odporučenia a návrhy pre analyzovaný podnik. Výstupy danej práce a posúdenie o celkovej konkurencieschopnosti podniku v danom odvetví rieši piata kapitovala s názvom „Záver“.

The aim of the thesis is to assess the competitiveness of the company AUTOMAX PLUS s. r. o. providing services related to the sale and service of cars. The thesis will analyze and assess the current state of the company and then compare it with the largest competitor and the industry. It is a company doing business in the Slovak Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts and consists of six chapters. The first chapter will deal with the definition of basic concepts such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, enterprise, its environment and then the issue of competitiveness of the enterprise. Other subchapters will describe the models used to assess competitiveness such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, VRIO analysis, Harry Pollak's method and Spider analysis. In the third chapter of the thesis, the selected enterprise, its business activities, objectives and history are characterized. The fourth chapter contains an analysis of the selected methods of competitiveness assessment that were defined in the theoretical part. The fifth chapter of the thesis expresses the results of the analyses, with the help of which the author made recommendations and suggestions for the analysed enterprise. The results of the thesis and the assessment of the overall competitiveness of the enterprise in the industry are addressed in the fifth chapter entitled "Conclusion".
