Posouzení stávající hydrantové sítě obce Velká Losenice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením zdrojů vody a stávající hydrantové sítě Obce Velká Losenice z hlediska funkční využitelnosti pro požární a provozní účely. Obec Velká Losenice se nachází v Kraji Vysočina, v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou. Obec leží v Chráněné krajinné oblasti Žďárské vrchy. Pro zpracování bakalářské práce byla tato obec zvolena jakožto bydliště autorky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická, která je zpracována na základě odborné literatury, právních předpisů a norem. Teoretická část poskytuje představení řešené problematiky. Součástí teoretické části je popis jednotlivých zdrojů požární vody, vodárenského a distribučního systému a jejich jednotlivých součástí. Poté se teoretická část zabývá hydranty jako vnějšími odběrními místy požární vody, požadavky na hydranty a posouzením hydrantové sítě. Druhou částí je praktická část. Praktická část zahrnuje představení Obce Velká Losenice, popis vodovodní sítě a jednotlivých vodních děl. Dále se praktická část věnuje požárnímu zabezpečení Obce Velká Losenice, jehož součástí je představení zdrojů požární vody obce a plošného pokrytí jednotkami požární ochrany. Prioritně je tato část zaměřena na hydrantovou síť v obci jako zdroj požární vody. V práci je popsána stávající hydrantová síť, její technický stav a rozmístění jednotlivých hydrantů. Provozuschopnost hydrantů pro požární účely byla ověřena zkouškou vybraných hydrantů, při které byl měřen statický tlak a průtok vody. Podle zjištěných skutečností je vypracován návrh na řešení hydrantové a vodovodní sítě.

My Bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of water sources and the existing hydrant network of the municipality Velká Losenice in terms of functional usability for fire and operational purposes. The municipality Velká Losenice is located in the Vysočina Region, in the District Žďár nad Sázavou. The municpality is located in the Protected Landscape Area Žďárské vrchy. This municipality was chosen for the bachelor thesis as the author's residence. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical, which is based on professional literature, legislation and standards. The theoretical part provides an introduction to the problem. The theoretical part includes the description of individual sources of fire water, water supply and distribution system and their individual components. Then the theoretical part deals with hydrants as external points of fire water, requirements for hydrants and assessment of the hydrant network. The second part is the practical part. The practical part includes an introduction of the municipality Velká Losenice, the description of the water supply network and individual water works. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the fire security of the municipality Velká Losenice, which includes the descripiton of the fire water sources of the municipality and area coverage by fire protection units. Priority is given to part about the hydrant network in the municipality as a source of fire water. The work describes the existing hydrant network, its technical condition and location of individual hydrants. The operability of hydrants for fire purposes was verified by a test of selected hydrants, during which the static pressure and water flow were measured. According to the findings, a proposal for the solution of the hydrant and water supply network is being prepared.
