Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of Bin Piking. Specifically, removing randomly stacked nuts from the box. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the Bin Picking Studio from the company Photoneo and to create a basis for possible laboratory tasks with this device. The practical part of the work describes in detail the settings of the Vision controller. Furthermore, the implementation of communication in the KR C4 compact controller. Revival of the GEH6040IL-31-B gripper communicating with the SM 1278 module, which is connected to the SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC.
