Implementace filozofie Kaizen ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Implementace filozofie Kaizen v podnikové praxi. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje filozofii Kaizen, důvodům, proč je nutné neustále se zlepšovat a 7 základním nástrojům kvality. Praktická část se věnuje analýze současného stavu neustálého zlepšování ve společnosti, metodě Brainstormingu, definování hlavních příčin a subpříčin v Ishikawově diagramu a následné Paretově analýze spojené s návrhy pro zlepšení k zamezení plýtvání.

The object of this bachelor thesis is the Implementation of the Kaizen philosophy in business practice. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the philosophy of Kaizen, the importance of continuous improvement and 7 basic tools of quality. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of continuous improvement in society, the method of Brainstorming, defining the main causes and sub-causes in the Ishikawa diagram, and the Pareto analysis associated with suggestions for improvement to preclude waste.
