ENVIROCENTRUM DOUBRAVA

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je v současnosti zpustlý zámecký areál v Doubravě. Těžištěm areálu je barokní zámek z druhé poloviny 18. století, který je obklopen rozsáhlým dvorem s hospodářskými budovami včetně barokní sýpky, cílem návrhu revitalizace a přeměna historicky cenných objektů na environmentální centrum. Navrhované environmentální a ekologické centrum bude sloužit jako platforma pro udržitelný rozvoj a ekologickou výchovu zaměřenou na ochranu přírody, která bude mít podobu výukových programů pro děti a mládež a nejrůznějších vzdělávacích akcí pro pedagogické pracovníky i širokou veřejnost. Náplň centra bude korespondovat s kontextem pohornické krajiny Karvinska a jejím záměrem bude přiblížit návštěvníkům místní přírodu a s ní spojený étos představující udržitelné chování mající ohled na budoucnost všech živých forem. Objekty budou plnit také funkci informačního a kulturního centra, areál by tak měl být víceméně využíván během celého kalendářního roku. Památkově chráněné historické budovy budou citlivě zrekonstruovány a dohromady s přistavěnými objekty budou obsahovat učebny, přednáškové sály, výstavní prostory, bistro, palírnu a dočasné ubytování. Budovy budou dále obklopeny ovocným sadem a parkem přecházejícím v krajinu. Důležitá je celková otevřenost a provázanost s okolím, kde se nachází lokality s vysokou přírodní hodnotou.

The subject of the thesis work is currently the desolate chateau complex in Doubrava. The centre of the complex is a Baroque chateau from the second half of the 18th century, which is surrounded by an extensive courtyard with farm buildings, including a Baroque granary, the aim of the proposal is to revitalize and transform historically valuable buildings into an environmental center. The proposed environmental and ecological center will serve as a platform for sustainable development and environmental education focused on nature protection, which will take the form of educational programs for children and youth and various educational events for teachers and the general public. The content of the center will correspond to the context of the mining landscape of Karviná region and its intention will be to introduce visitors to the local nature and the associated ethos of sustainable behavior with regard to the future of all living forms. The buildings will also serve as an information and cultural center, so the area should be more or less used throughout the calendar year. The listed historic buildings will be sensitively renovated and together with the newly built buildings, will include classrooms, lecture halls, exhibition spaces, a bistro, a distillery and temporary accommodation. The buildings will be further surrounded by an orchard and a park turning into the landscape. The overall openness and connection with the surroundings, where there are localities with high natural value, is important.
