Vliv předúpravy povrchu na vlastnosti smaltu aplikovaného na 3D výtisk

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem předúpravy povrchu na vlastnosti smaltu aplikovaného na 3D výtisk. V teoretické části je rozebrána problematika aditivní technologie, která se zaměřuje na technologii SLM. Dále jsou popsány smaltové povlaky a jejich vlastnosti. Metodika experimentální práce popisuje navržený technologický postup. Experimentální část charakterizuje jednotlivé předúpravy povrchu, jehož součástí je i vyhodnocení topografie povrchu. Následuje popis aplikace smaltovaných povlaků na vzorky a zkouška mechanických vlastností povlaku.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of surface pretreatment on the properties of enamel applied to a 3D print. The theoretical part deals with the issue of additive technology, which focuses on SLM technology. Enamel coatings and their properties are also described. The methodology of experimental work describes the proposed technological procedure. The experimental part characterizes the individual surface pretreatments, which also includes the evaluation of the surface topography. The following is a description of the application of enamel coatings to samples and a test of the mechanical properties of the coating.
