Výroba modelu formy vstřikolisu pro propagační předmět

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou formy pro vstřikování plastů. V teoretické části se seznámíme s obecným vstřikováním plastů. Dále si představíme propagační předmět. Výrobu vstřikovací formy se všemi požadavky na její fungování v praxi. Výrobu součástí formy pomocí 3D tisku. Sestavení vstřikovací formy pro její provoz na vstřikolise. Výsledkem této práce je 3D model vstřikovací formy v měřítku 1:1 vyrobený pomocí 3D tisku.

The bachelor thesis deals with the production of molds for plastic injection. In the theoretical part we get acquainted with the general injection of plastics. Next, we will introduce a promotional item. Production of injection molds with all the requirements for its operation in practice. Production of mold parts using 3D printing. Assembly of the injection mold for its operation on the injection molding machine. The result of this work is a 3D model of an injection mold in a 1: 1 scale made using 3D printing.
