Využití nástrojů managementu kvality při zlepšování procesu broušení ozubení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce na téma Využití nástrojů managementu kvality při zlepšování procesu broušení ozubení se zabývá komplexní analýzou kvality broušení ozubení a následným návrhem a realizací nápravných opatření, vedoucích ke zlepšení kvality broušených ozubených kol. Cílem práce je analýza kvality broušení ozubení, určení možných vad a vyhodnocení jejich rizik pomocí metody FMEA ve společnosti TATRA TRUCKS a.s. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům managementu kvality, základním nástrojům managementu kvality, procesu výroby ozubeného kola a teorii metody FMEA. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika podniku, jsou provedeny počáteční analýzy kvality broušení ozubení, jsou navržena nápravná opatření a vyhodnocena jejich účinnost. V závěru práce je popsán postup aplikace metody FMEA na určené ozubené kolo.

This diploma thesis on the topic of The use of quality management tools in improving the process of gear grinding deals with a comprehensive analysis of the quality of gear grinding and the subsequent design and implementation of corrective measures leading to improving the quality of ground gears. The aim of the work is to analyze the quality of gear grinding, determine possible defects and evaluate their risks using the FMEA method in the company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic concepts of quality management, basic quality management tools, gear manufacturing process and the theory of the FMEA method. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, initial analyzes of the quality of gear grinding are performed, corrective measures are proposed and their effectiveness is evaluated. At the end of the work, the procedure of application of the FMEA method to a specified gear wheel is described.
