Analýza on-line srovnávačů jako zprostředkovatelů pojištění

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na on-line srovnávače pojištění a jejich fungování v pozici zprostředkovatelů pojištění. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit rozdíly mezi jednotlivými srovnávači v předem definovaných kritériích. Druhým cílem bylo v rámci dotazníkového průzkumu zjistit, jaký je postoj a zkušenosti respondentů. Teoretická část je věnována InsurTechu, jehož součástí jsou i on-line srovnávače pojištění. Dále je popsána podstata pojištění včetně právních aspektů zprostředkovávání pojištění v podmínkách on line srovnávačů. V praktické části je provedena analýza trhu českých on-line srovnávačů pojištění a identifikace případných vzájemných vazeb mezi nimi. Dále jsou vybrané srovnávače hodnoceny podle kritérií, jejichž definování, stejně jako výběr srovnávaných subjektů, vycházelo z výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem praktické části je shrnutí výsledů dotazníkového šetření a matice vícekriteriálního rozhodování, která je tvořená body a váhami hodnotících kritérií. Ta zobrazuje celkové hodnocení vybraných srovnávačů a rozdíly mezi nimi. Na základě těchto informací byla formulována jak obecná doporučení, tak i doporučení pro konkrétní hodnocené srovnávače.

This thesis is focused on analysis of insurance comparison websites and their role as insurance intermediaries. The main objective was to identify differences between selected comparison websites based in predefined criteria. The second objective was to determine the attitudes and experiences of respondents as potential consumers through a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses InsurTech, which includes online insurance comparison websites as well. Additionally, the nature of insurance is described, including the legal aspects of insurance intermediation within the context of online insurance comparison websites. In the practical part, an analysis of the Czech online insurance comparison market and identification of possible interrelationships between them is carried out. Furthermore, the selected comparators are evaluated according to the criteria, whose definition, as well as the selection of compared entities, were based on the results of the questionnaire survey. The output of the practical part is a summary of the questionnaire survey results and a multi-criteria decision-making matrix consisting of scores and weights of evaluating criteria. This matrix shows the overall ratings of the selected comparators and the differences between them. Based on this information, there are formulated general and specific recommendations for evaluated comparison websites.
