Abstract

HALÍČKOVÁ, Hana. Kultura bezpečnosti ve výrobních podnicích v ČR. Diplomová práce. Ostrava, 2023. Vysoká škola báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava. Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením kultury bezpečnosti ve výrobních podnicích v ČR. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy kultura bezpečnosti a bezpečnostní klima, zabývá se různými pohledy na kulturu bezpečnosti a rozebírá proces a metody hodnocení. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení kultury bezpečnosti ve výrobních podnicích prostřednictvím Safety Culture Awards 2022/2023 a analyzuje výsledky hodnocení. Závěr práce se věnuje srovnání výsledků hodnocení kultury bezpečnosti s výsledky získanými v Safety Culture Award 2016/2017.

Faculty of Safety Engineering The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of safety culture in manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the concepts of safety culture and safety climate, deals with different views on safety culture and discusses the process and methods of evaluation. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of safety culture in manufacturing companies through the Safety Culture Awards 2022/2023 and analyses the results of the evaluation. The conclusion of the thesis compares the results of the safety culture assessment with the results obtained in the Safety Culture Award 2016/2017.
