Návrh nástrojů pro implementaci normy ČSN ISO 45001:2018

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Vhodnými nástroji pro jeho implementaci a následnou certifikaci u certifikačního orgánu. V jedné části je vysvětlen princip PDCA cyklu, který je základem pro systematické využití normy ČSN ISO 45001:2018 v praxi. Jsou uvedeny jednotlivé požadavky vyplývající z normy ČSN ISO 45001:2018. Je zpracováno srovnání normy ČSN ISO 45001:2018 a OHSAS 18001. V dalších kapitolách je popsán certifikační proces a certifikovaná společnost, vytvořené nástroje a následné ověření těchto nástrojů v praxi. Jedná se o nástroj pro potvrzení implementace normy ČSN ISO 45001:2018, a úprava formuláře Žádosti o certifikaci. Na závěr dojde k celkovému zhodnocení vytvořených nástrojů a posouzení jejich funkčnosti.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the occupational health and safety management system and suitable tools for its implementation and subsequent certification by the certification body. There is a section where the principle of the PDCA cycle is explained, which is the basis for the systematic use of the ČSN ISO 45001:2018 standard in practice. The following section describes the requirements arising from the ČSN ISO 45001:2018 standard. A comparison of the ČSN ISO 45001:2018 and OHSAS 18001 standards was also processed. The certification process and the certified company, the created tools and the verification of these tools in practice are described in the following chapters. it is a tool for confirming the implementation of the ČSN ISO 45001:2018 standard and editing the certification application form. At the end, there will be an evaluation of the created tools and an assessment of their functionality.
