Rodinný dům - Rámová dřevostavba

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu v pasivním standardu jako rámová dřevostavba. Dokumentace pro provádění stavby je vyhotoven podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., O Dokumentaci staveb. Návrh pro vytvoření bakalářské práce je vypracovaná architektonická studie, která byla řešena v předmětu Ateliérová tvorba V. Tato studie byla dále rozvinuta na projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení pod vedením vedoucí práce paní Ing. arch. Lucie Videcké a po technicky konstrukční stránce pod vedením panem Ing. Jiřím Teslíkem, Ph.D. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá textovou částí a druhá část se zabývá výkresovou částí. Práce je doplněna o specializaci Architektura a v ní je řešeno detailně řez fasádou a vstupní přístřešek. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu jako dvoupodlažní objekt se sedlovou střechou v obci Rohov se zahradou. Objekt je rozdělen na dvě hmoty, a to na hlavní obytnou a na vedlejší garáž.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in passive standard as a timber frame building. The documentation for the implementation of the construction is prepared in accordance with the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Documentation of Construction. The proposal for the creation of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study, which has been developed in the course Studio Work V. This study was further developed into project documentation for building permits under the supervision of the thesis supervisor, Ms. Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká and technically under the supervision of Mr. Ing. Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the text part and the second part deals with the drawing part. The thesis is supplemented by the specialization Architecture and in it the detailed section of the facade and the entrance shelter are dealt with. The house is designed for a family of four as a two-storey building with a gable roof in the village of Rohov with a garden. The building is divided into two masses, namely the main living room and the secondary garage.
