This work builds on the existing urban study in Prague 8 - Liben and further develops its assumptions. Palmovka tends to become the center of the eastern part of Prague, and therefore large-scale interventions in a relatively large area are planned here. The aim is to create a representative area with quality transport services, plenty of greenery, recreational areas, office space and other functions. The focus is on the central park, which provides access to adjacent blocks of development and is used for recreation for a wide area. The result of the diploma thesis will be the design of an administrative building with a wider use and an adjoining public space with a park.
