Abstract
This works deals with the influence of the shaped welding strategy by WAAM method on the deformation of the backing board. In this work, the basic characteristics of WAAM method are mentioned together with a list of possible strategies of welding and the possibilities of simulations of the welding. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate samples with different strategies of welding fill which is put on the basic materials. After the welding, deformations of basic material and welded layers are compared among the samples, together with its final structure. After the welding process, the results of the measurements of individual samples are compared with each other. For the measurement of the deformations, three methods of measurements have been chosen. For the analysis of the welding, the method of the examination of both micro and macro structure has been chosen, together with the measurement of the HV10 hardness and visual inspection of the welding according to the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 5817 norms. The result is the evaluation of the chosen strategies in terms of the rate of deformation and their suitability for the WAAM method.
