Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem odlučovače kondenzátu a filtru pro sekundární zdroj tlakového vzduchu. V úvodu se zaměřuje na teorii filtrace nečistot, funkcí separátorů a požadované kvality stlačeného vzduchu v pneumatických systémech. Následující část se věnuje teoretickému výpočtu proudění plynu v potrubí a teoretickému výpočtu tlakové ztráty. Dále je proveden návrh a výpočet použitých filtrů a odlučovače kondenzátu. Následně je uveden seznam použitých armatur a stanovena světlost propojovacího potrubí. V závěrečné kapitole je proveden výpočet tlakové ztráty navrhnuté části páteřního rozvodu podle vypracovaného schématu a výkresové dokumentace.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a condensate separator and filter for a secondary source of pressurized air. The introduction focuses on the theory of impurity filtration, the functions of separators and the required quality of compressed air in pneumatic systems. The following section deals with the theoretical calculation of gas flow in piping and the theoretical calculation of pressure drop. Furthermore, the design and calculation of the filters and condensate separators used is carried out. Subsequently, a list of the valves used is given and the clearance of the interconnecting pipe is determined. In the final chapter, the calculation of the pressure drop of the designed part of the backbone distribution system is carried out according to the developed diagram and drawing documentation.
