Fundamentální analýza akcií vybraných společností v odvětví těžby ropy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá fundamentální analýzou akcií vybraných společností v odvětví těžby ropy. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je fundamentální analýza těchto ropných společností, která je považována za nejrozsáhlejší a nejkomplexnější přístup k objasnění kurzových pohybů na akciových trzích. První část diplomové práce, se zabývá teoretickými východisky problematiky fundamentální analýzy a jejími metodami pro výpočet. Charakteristika společností nám ukazuje jejich vzájemné srovnání, ale i náležitosti jejich podnikatelské činnosti od ekonomických čísel až po historii. Praktická část je zpracována dle poznatků v teoretické části, které aplikuje na fundamentální analýzu akcií ropných společností, přes globální a odvětvové ukazatele se dostaneme směrem k výpočtu vnitřní hodnoty akcie, finanční analýzu a bankrotní model. Pomocí fundamentální analýzy pak v závěrečné části shrneme fundamentální analýzu a stanovíme doporučení pro potencionálního investora.

The topic of this thesis is fundamental share analysis of selectedy company in oil extraxtion sector. The main goal of the thesis is a fundamental analysis of these oil companies, which is considered the most extensive and comprehensive approach to clarifying exchange rate movements on stock markets. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical starting points of fundamental analysis and its calculation methods. The characteristics of the companies show us their mutual comparison, but also the essentials of their business activity, from economic figures to history. The practical part of thesis is processed according to the findings in the theoretical part, which is applied to the fundamental analysis of shares of oil companies, through global and industry indicators we will get towards the calculation of the intrinsic value of the share, financial analysis and bankruptcy model. With the solution of fundamental analysis, in the final part, we will summarize the fundamental analysis and establish a recommendation for a potential investor.
