Ultimativní změny obchodních podmínek

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ultimativních změn obchodních podmínek.

V teoretické části práce byla provedena analýza a komparace obecné a zvláštní právní úpravy změn obchodních podmínek. Část práce je věnována také otázce ochrany spotřebitele a adhezním smlouvám.

V praktické části této práce jsou z hlediska správné aplikace právní úpravy ultimativních změn obchodních podmínek analyzovány obchodní podmínky vybraných společností, a to v návaznosti na poznatky obsažené v teoretické části.

Cílem práce je vytvořit ucelený přehled právní úpravy ultimativních změn obchodních podmínek ve vybraných sektorech. Dalším cílem je analýza obchodních podmínek vybraných společností.

This diploma thesis deals with issues of unilateral modifications of commercial terms.

In the theoretical part, there is an analysis and comparison of the general and sectoral legal regulation of modifications of commercial terms. Part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of consumer protection and adhesion contracts.

In the practical part, there are unilateral modifications of commercial terms in the selected companies analyzed as it comes to a proper application of their legal regulation in connection with theoretical knowledge.

The aim of the thesis is to create a complex overview of legal regulation of unilateral modifications of commercial terms in selected sectors. The analysis of commercial terms of the selected companies is another aim of this thesis.
