Návrh řešení odstavných a parkovacích stání v lokalitě Ostrava-Zábřeh

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení stávajícího stavu statické dopravy řešeného území včetně analýzy bodových závad a prověření dopravní nehodovosti. Součástí této práce je také dopravní průzkum statické dopravy a dva způsoby výpočtu potřebného počtu parkovacích a odstavných stání pro tuto lokalitu. Prvním způsobem výpočtu je výpočet potřebného počtu stání na základě průzkumu statické dopravy a následné provedení prognózy na 25 let. Druhý způsob výpočtu je výpočet podle normy ČSN 73 6110. V rámci této práce byly navrženy dvě varianty řešení, pro které byla zpracována výkresová dokumentace. Dále byla v textové části popsána třetí možná varianta řešení, která vznikne odstraněním částí řešených v předchozích dvou variantách. V první variantě jsou navrženy parkovací plochy a parkovací a odstavná stání bez parkovacích domů. Druhá varianta obsahuje návrh dvou parkovacích domů namísto parkovacích ploch v první variantě. Tyto varianty byly navrženy s ohledem na návrhová vozidla a rozhledové poměry. Součástí výkresové dokumentace jsou situace navržených variant, výkresy dopravního značení a rozhledových poměrů, výkresy vlečných křivek, půdorysy parkovacích objektů a řezy. Varianty jsou porovnány z hlediska kapacit pro parkování, orientačních odhadů nákladů a záborů pozemků.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the current state of static transportation in the assigned area, including the analysis of point defects and revision of traffic accidents. Traffic probing of static transportation is also included, as well as two methods of calculating the number of parking lots and stalls needed in this location. The first method is a calculation of the necessary number of parking lots based on the static transportation probing, followed by its 25-year prediction. The second method is a calculation based on the CSN 73 6110 norm. Two options of solution were proposed in the scope of this thesis, both accompanied with drawing documentation. Furthermore, a third possible option was described in the textual part; developed by cancelling parts having been dealt with in the previous two options. Parking lots and stalls with no parking houses are designed in the first option. The second option includes designs of two parking houses instead of the parking lots from the first option. These two options were designed considering the vehicles proposed, and their running on sight. Situational drawings of designed options, drawings of traffic signs distribution, drawings of running on sight, drawings of towing vehicle curves, plans of the parking houses and their cross sections are parts of the drawing documentation. The options are compared from the perspectives of parking capacity, broad cost estimates, and land appropriation.
