Polyfunkční dům v Ostravě

Abstract

BUŽEK, Martin. The Multifunctional House in Ostrava. Ostrava, 2023. Diploma thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and HVAC. The topic of this master thesis is the complete development of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house. The documentation includes the design of heating of the building, hot water preparation, design of forced ventilation of the given zones of the building and design of the heat source. All project documentation is drawn up in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] The thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the thesis deals with the documentation of the architectural and structural design of a three-storey multifunctional building in the scope of the HVAC needs. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the heating system using ground/water heat pump technology and the design of forced ventilation of the given part of the building using an air handling unit. It also includes the design of the heat source of the building using renewable energy sources. Furthermore, a variant solution for heating using a condensing boiler for natural gas. An essential part was the design of water heating using photothermal panels, calculation of heat loss of the building, assessment of critical detail, determination of daily hot water demand. Finally, the energy performance of the building and the assessment of both heat sources from an economic point of view.
