Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Využití controllingu pro potřeby řízení“ se zabývá problematikou controllingu a jeho konkrétním využitím ve společnostech ALFA s.r.o. a BETA s.r.o. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem controlling, jeho cíle, zásady, konkrétní rozdělení a osoba controllera. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou nákladů a výnosů obou společností, návrhem klíčových ukazatelů a návrhem controllingových nástrojů pro efektivnější řízení, optimalizaci nákladů a zvýšení výkonnosti.

The bachelor thesis "Use of Controlling for Management Needs" deals with the issue of controlling and its specific use in the companies ALFA s.r.o. and BETA s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the concept of controlling, its objectives, principles, specific division, and the person of the controller. The practical part deals with the analysis of costs and revenues of both companies, the suggestion of key indicators and the suggestion of controlling tools for more effective management, cost optimization and performance improvement.
